Xpress Notary Agency is a bilingual agency that is committed to mainly serve the counties of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach in the State of Florida accomodating our clients’ time, location and notary service needs. We are a licensed, bonded and insured mobile notary service that specializes in a wide range of notary jobs including loan signing documents. Our main mission is to assist our clients’ needs with the highest level of professionalism.
We provide convenient on-site notary services. We travel to your home, business, nursing homes, hospitals and or any other location that is convenent for our clients.
What we cannot attest
Attesting to Tangible or Electronic Records
A notary public may supervise the making of a tangible or an electronic record or the printing of an electronic record and attest to the trueness of the copy or of the printout, provided the document is neither a vital record in this state, another state, a territory of the United States, or another country, nor a public record, if a copy can be made by the custodian of the public record.
The following documents are examples of public records, copies of which cannot be attested to by a notary:
- Birth certificate
- Marriage certificate
- Death certificate
- Certificate of citizenship or naturalization
- Documents filed in a court proceeding
- Documents recorded by the Clerk of the Court
- Public records maintained in government offices
- Student records (transcripts, etc.) kept in public education offices
- Federal or state income tax forms, already filed
- Professional licenses issued by the State of Florida
- Any document for which photocopying is prohibited
Valid forms of ID
• A Florida identification card or driver license issued by the public agency authorized to issue driver licenses;
• A passport issued by the Department of State of the United States; The signer (s) must be sound mind, alert and mentally competent and must bring a non-expired photo identification or has been issued within the past 5 years and bears a serial or other identifying number.
• A passport issued by a foreign government if the document is stamped by the United States Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services;
• A driver license or an identification card issued by a public agency authorized to issue driver licenses in a state other than Florida or in a territory of the United States;
• A veteran health identification card issued by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs;
• An identification card issued by the United States Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services.
• A passport issued by the Department of State of the United States; The signer (s) must be sound mind, alert and mentally competent and must bring a non-expired photo identification or has been issued within the past 5 years and bears a serial or other identifying number.
